Opportunity Overview

Join the Most Trusted Handyman Company on the Outer Banks.

At Ace Handyman Services Outer Banks, we believe our work is about more than fixing homes—it's about serving people. Every repair, installation, and conversation is an opportunity to earn trust and make a lasting impact.

Our local mission is simple:
To glorify God by serving our customers with exceptional craftsmanship and peace of mind in every relationship.

We're looking for an experienced craftsman who shares our commitment to excellence and takes pride in serving others. These aren't just words on a wall—they're the standards that guide how we serve our customers and work together as a team.

Integrity – We do the right thing, even when no one is watching.

Effective Communication – We communicate honestly, proactively, and professionally with our customers and teammates.

Professionalism – We show up prepared, on time, and treat every customer's home with respect.

Conscientiousness – We pay attention to the details, take ownership of our work, and leave every job better than we found it.

Caring – We genuinely care about our customers, our teammates, and the communities we serve.

If these values describe who you are—not just how you work—you'll fit in well here.

We handle the scheduling, estimating, customer acquisition, and office support so you can focus on what you do best: delivering exceptional craftsmanship to homeowners throughout Kitty Hawk and the Outer Banks.

This is a year-round, full-time position that offers the stability of steady work in a coastal community where seasonal fluctuations often affect the construction trades. Backed by the trusted Ace brand and supported by a locally owned team, you'll enjoy consistent work, competitive pay, and the opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that values both excellence and character.

Over time, success in this role means building lasting relationships with local clients who specifically request you for their next project. You will help maintain our reputation for reliability, cleanliness, and exceptional craftsmanship, helping our locally owned branch grow while developing your own multi-trade expertise.
