- Setupandmonitordryingequipment,containmentareas,andjobsitematerials.
- Followcompanyprocedures,safety requirements,andprojecttimelines.
- Maintainaccuratejobdocumentation,photos,anddailynotes.
- Communicateprofessionallywithcustomers,team members,and supervisors.
- Keep vehicles,equipment,andjobsitescleanandorganized.
- Load,unload,andtransportequipmentandmaterialsasneeded.
- Participateinanon-callrotationscheduleandrespondtoemergencyservicecallsasneeded.
- Respondtoemergencyandafter-hourssituationswhennecessary.
- Previousexperienceinrestoration,mitigation,construction,orarelatedfieldpreferred.
- Strongworkethicandwillingnesstolearn Abilitytoworkinphysicallydemandingenvironmentsandliftequipmentasneeded.
- Abilitytofollowdirectionsandworkefficientlyinateamenvironment.
- Strongcommunicationandproblem-solving skills.
- Validdriverslicensewithacleandrivingrecord.
- Flexibilitytoworkevenings,weekends,holidays,andon-callshiftsasneeded.
- Experiencewithwater,fire,mold,orstormrestorationisaplus.
