Millwright​/Rigger

Wayne Brothers Holdings, Inc. is looking for a skilled Millwright/Rigger to join our dynamic Engineering & Maintenance team. This role is vital in ensuring that all industrial machinery and mechanical equipment at our manufacturing facilities are installed, maintained, and repaired efficiently. Our ideal candidate will have substantial experience in mechanical component fitting, alignment adjustments, and rigging operations, consistent with our commitment to delivering civil and infrastructure excellence with innovative techniques.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Operate rigging equipment and dollies to place heavy machinery and parts.
• Fit bearings, align gears and shafts, attach motors, and connect couplings and belts.
• Perform preventive and operational maintenance according to manufacturer's instructions and company policies.
• Coordinate with other team members to facilitate efficient project execution.
• Analyze machine performance and to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required Skills

• Proficient in using hand and power tools
• Strong understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and other systems
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
• Solid welding and fabrication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
