Pest Control Service Technician

A-1 Termite and Pest Control, Inc., a family-owned Yuba City company, is seeking a Pest Control Service Technician to provide residential and commercial pest, termite, and rodent control. In this field-based role, you'll inspect properties, identify pest issues, apply safe, effective treatments, and advise customers on prevention. We offer hands-on training, support toward state licensing and certifications, and the opportunity to work independently while representing a trusted local brand.

Responsibilities

• Inspect residential and commercial properties for pests, termites, and rodents
• Identify pest types and conditions contributing to infestations
• Apply pesticides and treatments safely according to label and company standards
• Develop and follow service routes and daily schedules
• Communicate treatment plans and preventive recommendations to customers
• Document services performed, materials used, and inspection findings
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean, safe condition
• Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines
• Build positive customer relationships through reliable, professional service
