The Field Service Technician at Plug Power will support our fuel cell products installed in electric lift trucks, performing preventative maintenance and resolving breakdowns at a designated location. This role includes installation and servicing of fuel cells, reporting breakdowns, parts ordering, and maintaining site documentation while upholding safety procedures.
Travel as required; strong communication with customer personnel and operators is essential.
