$32-$45+ per hour (based on experience and performance)

What You'll DoAs a Shop Diesel Technician, you'll perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of commercial trucks and fleet equipment.
Responsibilities include:
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on heavy-duty trucks
- Perform preventative maintenance services
- Repair engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, steering, electrical, air, hydraulic, and fuel systems
- Complete inspections and identify recommended repairs
- Accurately document repairs and completed work
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Work collaboratively with Service Advisors, Parts, and fellow Technicians to keep customers on the road
We're looking for technicians who are dependable, motivated, and committed to producing quality work.
Preferred qualifications:- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working on Class 3–8 commercial trucks
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus)
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
