Diesel Mechanic

Weyerhaeuser is seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to support our manufacturing operations by maintaining and repairing diesel-powered trucks, loaders, and mill equipment. In this role, you will inspect, diagnose, and service engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems, perform preventive maintenance, and respond quickly to equipment issues to minimize downtime. Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair diesel engines, hydraulics, and heavy mobile equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety checks on trucks, loaders, and mill equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues using diagnostic tools
• Complete work orders, parts requests, and maintenance records accurately
• Collaborate with mill and operations teams to minimize downtime and improve reliability
• Follow all Weyerhaeuser safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and environmental standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance practices and equipment uptime
