The
Experience:
At least one (1) year of hands-on experience as a diesel mechanic.The Brains: Computer literacy is a must—you should be eager to learn our software systems and stay updated on the latest industry tech.
The Muscle: You aren’t afraid of a workout. You can frequently lift, push, or pull up to 100 pounds and handle the active, loud environment of a bustling repair shop.
The Toolbox: You possess, provide, and maintain the essential tools needed to perform heavy/hydraulic equipment maintenance.
The Mindset: A strong commitment to safety regulations and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
