Maintenance Technician

Reser's Fine Foods Retirees is seeking a Maintenance 3 professional to keep our high-volume food manufacturing facility running safely and reliably. In this role, you'll perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment, troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues, and support equipment changeovers and installations. You'll work closely with production and quality teams, follow strict food safety, GMP, and OSHA standards, and help drive equipment reliability in a collaborative, people-first, family-founded environment with opportunities for growth and training.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime
• Conduct inspections and safety checks on plant systems and utilities
• Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics
• Document maintenance work, parts usage, and equipment status in CMMSSupport equipment changeovers, installations, and upgrades
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet safety and performance goals
• Follow food safety, GMP, and OSHA standards at all times
• Participate in on-call or shift coverage for critical equipment needs
• Identify and recommend improvements to equipment reliability and efficiency
