The operation utilizes a wide variety of heavy industrial equipment and mechanical systems, giving technicians the opportunity to perform hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance in a demanding production environment.

• Perform mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting on cranes and mobile equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues involving rotating equipment, gearboxes, mechanical components, and related industrial equipment.
• Perform mechanical maintenance on crane systems and material-handling equipment.
• Perform structural repairs and welding as needed.
• Perform general millwright maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Support equipment reliability and help maximize equipment uptime.
• Perform preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance.
• Work closely with other maintenance and operations professionals to resolve equipment issues.
• Follow established safety procedures in a heavy industrial environment.

• Strong industrial mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience working with mechanical systems and equipment in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment
  .
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with rotating equipment, gearboxes, mechanical components, or related industrial equipment.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
• Welding experience, particularly structural welding, preferred.
• Crane or mobile equipment maintenance experience preferred but not required
  .
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Well-rounded, hands-on industrial maintenance or millwright background.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a larger maintenance organization.
