HVAC Service Technician

Jackson & Sons is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to support our residential and light commercial customers. In this field-based role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems, perform seasonal tune-ups, and recommend solutions that ensure comfort, safety, and efficiency. You'll use modern diagnostic tools, follow strict safety standards, and document work through service tickets. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, tune-ups, and system inspections.
• Install or replace HVAC components and equipment as needed.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify electrical, airflow, and refrigerant issues.
• Document work performed using service tickets or mobile apps.
• Educate customers on system operation, maintenance, and repair options.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards on job sites.
• Coordinate with dispatch and team members for scheduling and parts needs.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in clean working order.
• Represent Jackson & Sons with professional, courteous customer service.
