In order to support this growth, we are seeking a highly motivated professional Lead Craftsman with skills in multiple trades to join our close knit team. This team member will be a professional Craftsman with strong ethics who will consistently uphold our values and act with honesty and transparency.

This role is designed for a seasoned tradesperson who loves variety, takes pride in high-quality work, and enjoys solving hands-on problems for local homeowners. Instead of chasing leads, managing billing, or dealing with endless administrative paperwork, you will focus on what you do best: building, fixing, and improving homes with the support of a trusted, nationally recognized brand.

In this role, your daily focus is delivering exceptional residential repairs, maintenance, and light remodeling. Success means arriving on time, diagnosing home maintenance issues accurately, and completing projects efficiently while keeping homeowners informed and comfortable throughout the process.

Complete a wide range of residential and light commercial repairs, including carpentry, drywall patching, painting, tile installation, and general home maintenance.

Handle basic plumbing and electrical troubleshooting, such as replacing fixtures, repairing minor leaks, or updating outlets.

Evaluate projects on-site, estimate material needs, and explain solutions clearly to homeowners.

Coordinate and lead small crews on larger, multi-day projects when necessary.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at every job site.

At least 5 years of professional experience in home remodeling, maintenance, or residential trades.

Strong, hands-on skills across multiple trades, including tile setting, carpentry, drywall, and painting.

Your own set of hand and power tools appropriate for residential maintenance tasks.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to local job sites.

Clear, professional communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

The ability to troubleshoot problems independently and work with minimal supervision.

Ownership of a reliable work truck or van.

Prior experience leading small crews or managing residential remodeling projects.

Experience estimating project costs and material requirements.
