- Operate an excavator safely as part of a crew
- Perform operator-level maintenance on the machine
- Understand safe working loads and signals
- Handle trench boxes of all sizes and shapes
- Perform excavating, back filling, trenching, ditching, clearing, looming, fine grading, and final clean-up
- Perform functions of a laborer as required
- Previous construction experience
- Five years of construction experience
- Firm knowledge of equipment operations and maintenance
- Must be able to work overtime
- Must be willing to travel
- Background screening and drug-free workplace requirements
- May be required to complete a post-offer physical and a site-specific background check
Demonstrates expertise in operating excavators and performing maintenance, with a strong understanding of safe working practices and equipment operations. Capable of executing various construction tasks including excavating, back filling, and grading while adhering to safety and operational standards.
