1st Shift Maintenance Technician

1st Shift Maintenance Technician – Hendersonville area – Up to $28/hr description:

Facilities & Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, repairs, inspections, and upgrades on warehouse facilities, equipment, and the specialized mobile units (coaches) that house technical gear.

Jack-of-All-Trades: Handle a variety of general maintenance tasks—think plumbing, basic electrical work, painting, and assembly—to directly support the core operations.

Safety & Compliance Awareness: Ensure areas are safe and compliant, troubleshooting issues to prevent costly downtime for critical equipment.

Special Projects: Team up with our experts on exciting projects, gaining unique exposure to high-value technical assets in a fast-paced environment.

Who you are:

• You have a HS Diploma or GED
• Handy & Proactive:
  You know your way around a toolbox, are safety-focused, and take the initiative to spot and fix problems (certifications like OSHA are a bonus, but not required!).
• Reliable Team Player:
  Strong work ethic is a must. You must also be able to lift 40+ lbs.
• Logistics Ready: A valid Driver's License and basic computer skills for logging your important work.
