We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Automotive & Diesel Technician who wants to work with others at the same professional level and can provide high-quality diagnostics and repairs.

We want a technician who knows how to diagnose instead of guess, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of fixing vehicles right the first time.

You do not have to know everything.

But you do need to have a strong mechanical foundation, be able to perform repairs independently, be willing to diagnose problems properly, and be open to continuing to learn and improve.

We are a team that works together to serve our customers and get vehicles diagnosed, repaired, and back on the road as efficiently as possible.

We do things a little differently at our shop and want someone who is open to learning processes that have been designed to create an environment that is organized, efficient, and free from unnecessary chaos and drama.

We know what it’s like to feel unappreciated as a good technician.

We know how it feels to work in a shop where you’re constantly interrupted, waiting on parts, dealing with poor communication, working with broken or inadequate equipment, or being expected to handle responsibilities that pull you away from actually fixing vehicles.

Our goal is to give great technicians the support they need with Service Advisors, Parts Management, Quality Control, training, and proven processes so technicians can focus on what they do best:

Greenline Diesel & Auto Repair continues to grow, and we need another experienced technician to help us keep up with demand.

Pay will vary based on ability, experience, skill level, and production, but the right technician has the opportunity to earn $125K+ per year.

There is no artificial pay ceiling.

We fully understand that the person we are looking for likely already has a job.
