Automotive Technician (A/B Level) | $35–$45/HR + OT Strut Daddy’s Complete Car Care

Location: Roxboro, NC
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay: $35–$45/hour, based on experience and skill level
Overtime: Available
Expected Compensation: $70,000 base at MLAP; up to $100,000+ total

Strut Daddy’s Complete Car Care is seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician or strong B-Level Automotive Technician in Roxboro, NC. This fast-growing, high-volume repair shop offers $35–$45/hour based on experience and skill level, overtime opportunities, and earning potential up to $100,000+.

• Diagnose drivability concerns
• Repair brake, suspension, and steering systems
• Perform engine-performance work and repairs
• Troubleshoot electrical concerns
• Repair A/C and cooling systems
• Complete routine maintenance and inspections
• Perform quality repairs while maintaining productivity

• A-Level Technician: 5+ years of experience with strong diagnostic ability
• B-Level Technician: 3+ years of experience with solid mechanical skills
• Strong work ethic and team-first mindset
• Pride in quality work and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license
• Basic personal tools

• $35–$45/hour based on experience and skill level
