Auldern Academy is seeking talented individuals to help drive the success of youth in our communities. As a Youth Night Worker you will provide direct supervision to adolescent females ages 14‑18. You will serve as a role model and provide support & structure to the residents in our care. This is a full‑time position, with benefits, for weekend overnights. Hours are F, S, S – 10:30 pm‑8:30 am.

• Provide safety during student sleeping hours and assist students having trouble sleeping.
• Perform room checks, ensuring each student is in the iown bed and sleeping.
• Maintain routine order on dorm unit and ensure the residents get ready in the morning.
• Provide notes for the day‑time staff regarding matters that occurred overnight.

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Over the age of 21.
• Maturity, empathy and patience.
• Be special – Not everyone can do what we do.

  a fast‑paced environment and follow proper protocols.

Auldern Academy is part of the Sequel Youth and Family Services group and is an accredited college preparatory, therapeutic boarding school for girls grades 9‑12. We provide a traditional academic environment along with group, individual, and family counseling services. We utilize aspects of Positive Peer Culture and the relational approach to treatment planning; engaging the student and her family members as genuine partners to motivate the change process in our students and families.

We provide students with a structured daily environment that includes chores, a full academic day, therapy sessions, recreational activities, and life skills.
