Job Title

Job Description- Participate in the progressive implementation of the action plan defined in the territorial service agreement for families in the field of parenting
- Respond to calls for projects and implement parenting projects on the territory in conjunction with other structures and local partners, if applicable
- Provide reception, listening, information, advice, and guidance to families towards competent structures and services
- Organize and animate times of exchange, expression between parents, between parents and professionals
- Animate a family conviviality space
- Animate the local network of support for parenting with professionals
- Training and experience in the field of parenting or social field (Early Childhood Educator, CESF, Social Service Assistant, or equivalent degree Bac +2 in psycho-social)
- Knowledge of child development and the field of parenting
- Relational ease and sense of public service: listening, pedagogy, ability to adapt to different audiences (families, elected officials, partners)
- Ability to work in teams, networks, and collective and cross-sectional projects aimed at families
- Mastery of office tools and written communication (writing reports, support, dashboards)
- Initiative, rigor, and autonomy in the daily management of the service
