Direct Care Supervisor

Eckerd Connects seeks a Direct Care Supervisor in Community & Social Services to lead teams supporting children and families. This role oversees daily direct care operations, coordinates family support and counseling services, and ensures high-quality, trauma-informed care. Responsibilities

• Supervise direct care staff delivering community and social services to children and families
• Coordinate family support plans, counseling schedules, and resource referrals
• Monitor client progress, ensuring safety, quality care, and compliance with program standards
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to front-line staff
• Collaborate with community partners, schools, and agencies to connect families with resources
• Maintain accurate documentation, case notes, and reports within required timelines
• Respond to crises, de-escalate situations, and support staff in the field
• Promote a culture of teamwork, respect, and innovation in daily operations
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, ethical guidelines, and confidentiality
• Participate in program improvement initiatives and data-driven decision making
