The Social Worker II position serves as Case Manager for persons receiving services through the Community Alternatives Program (CAP) and the Special Assistance In-Home Program. SA In Home's goal is to allow individuals to remain in the community and to live as independently as possible.
This non-exempt role requires a valid driver’s license, 37.5 hours weekly, and pre-employment screening; cover letter, resume and transcripts are required.
