Your Impact- Play a vital role in the secure design, build, and testing of software products through systematic testing and automation.
- Influence the quality of products by contributing to CI/CD processes and defining quality gates.
- Provide risk assessment and root cause analysis to improve product functionality and reliability.
- Mentor peers and interns, helping to grow the next generation of technical talent.
- Collaborate across teams to implement and document best practices that advance end-to-end product quality.
- Bachelor's degree + 5 years of related experience, or Master's degree + 3 years, or PhD + 0 years of related experience.
- Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience with current technologies in the primary technical domain.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing software design plans, automated scripts, and quality assurance programs.
- Experience in CI/CD environments, including defining and enforcing quality gates.
- Ability to work independently, provide mentorship, and collaborate effectively within and across teams.
- Advanced knowledge of secure coding principles and threat modeling for software features.
- Proven experience designing and deploying solutions to test reliability, availability, latency, and performance.
- Skilled in implementing automation frameworks and conducting complex testing to uncover product defects.
- Strong background in root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions for software issues.
- Experience leading projects, mentoring team members, and contributing to cross-functional initiatives.
