The Lifestyle Concierge is responsible for greeting all visitors and assisting with members’ questions/concerns, general admin, orientating new members to the communities, and lifestyle/social planning. The role includes ensuring a complete offering of programs for members and developing/promoting the Club’s activities, including events, fitness classes, health and wellness seminars, spa programming, and sport court tennis and pickleball programming, while promoting community relations.
The Lifestyle Concierge works with the Lifestyle Manager to plan and execute Member programs (recreational, social, travel, and entertainment) designed to enrich the quality of life and vibrancy of the Club. Responsibilities include program development, facility scheduling, administration of the Club, and overall program promotion and publicity. All programs and services (including designated independent contractors) should be conducted in a manner consistent with the goals and objectives of Evergreen Lifestyles Management.
Dutiesand Responsibilities
- Greet Members and guests as they enter, check , assist with event set-ups, respond promptly to communications, and follow through on commitments.
- Provide outstanding service to Members and their guests in a professional and courteous manner, and listen to ideas from others.
- Respond calmly and tactfully to problem situations and discuss concerns constructively with involved persons.
- Answer questions about the Lifestyles program and recommend events, shows, and functions for Members to attend.
- Write routine reports and correspondence; speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service when communicating with other departments, Members, guests, and vendors.
- Maintain a safe and friendly environment for Members, guests, and staff.
- Work as a team with the Lifestyles department to create engaging programs and promote events across the Amenity Campus.
- Assist with room set-up/breakdown for events and assist when facilities are in use.
- Support the Lifestyle Manager in preparing events, promotions, and functions, including set up/breakdown of props as directed.
- Light housekeeping duties as needed (stocking restrooms, cleaning glass, fitness equipment, trash collection) where applicable.
- Inspect grounds (pool deck, sports courts, parking lots, boat dock) for litter and activity; notify the proper department and Management Team of issues.
- Understand emergency procedures and respond appropriately to emergencies.
- Replenish desk forms (Orientation packages, ARC applications, class sign-in forms, etc.).
- Prepare monthly reports and vendor check requests as needed.
- Increase programming attendance by maintaining accurate records of Member and guest attendance.
- Establish and maintain staff schedules and coordinate independent contractor scheduling with open communication.
- Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Answer the telephone and greet Members and prospective buyers in the Sales Gallery; maintain calendar of event registrations for Members.
- Create and update records to ensure accuracy and validity of information.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed and assist with preparing articles and the calendar of events for the Lifestyle Magazine.
- Notify Members and guests about new and exciting lifestyle programs.

Good organizational and verbal skills with a high level of energy, initiative, enthusiasm, and cooperation. Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion. Computer skills include basic knowledge of MS Office (Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel). Public speaking and strong interpersonal skills are important for this role, along with problem-solving and familiarity with registration processes and policies.
- Ability to conduct and participate in scheduled programs with intermittent sitting, standing, bending, stooping, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work extended time on the computer.
- Vision requirements for close work; moderate noise level in the environment.
- Frequent use of hands and arms; occasional sitting, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
Very flexible availability for work schedule, including weekends, evenings, and some holidays. Works indoors and outdoors at the Sales Gallery or Resort Amenity Center. Potential exposure to sharp equipment movement, sharp utensils, chemicals, and solvents if safety procedures are not followed.
