i9 Sports is the nation’s largest provider of fun, safe, and organized youth sports leagues. In Shallotte NC, we proudly create family-friendly programs that focus on teamwork, growth, and enjoyment over pressure and competition.

We’re seeking a reliable and energetic T-Ball Coordinator for our Spring T-Ball & Coach Pitch Baseball programs starting in March. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with kids and adults, thrives in a leadership position, and wants to make a meaningful impact in their community—while earning extra income on the weekends.

• Lead and oversee T-Ball (ages 3–4) and Coach Pitch (ages 5–6) games
• Manage our volunteer coaches who will teach the basics of baseball while keeping activities fun, safe, and engaging
• Communicate clearly with parents, players, and volunteer coaches
• Foster a positive atmosphere that reflects the i9 Sports culture
• Ensure games are organized, on time, and enjoyable for all families

• Parents, former athletes, and retirees who want to give back to the community
• Professionals looking for weekend income in a fun, active setting
• Teachers, coaches, or leaders who enjoy guiding and mentoring children

• At least 18 years of age (25+ preferred)
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must
• Comfortable leading both kids and adults in a group setting
• Prior experience with baseball and/or working with children
• Saturday availability (March - May; 8am-12pm)
• Professional, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
