Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive track program that emphasizes skill development, strategy, and teamwork.
* Plan and conduct regular practice sessions, focusing on physical conditioning, skill drills, and competition preparation.
* Evaluate and select players for the team, ensuring a fair and inclusive tryout process.
* Collaborate with women's coach.
* Foster a positive and supportive team environment that promotes academic success, personal growth, and character development.
* Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, school administration, and the broader community.
