Spend your summer leading games, hosting tournaments, hyping up pool-goers, and creating unforgettable experiences at a private club on beautiful Bald Head Island.

We’re looking for upbeat, high-energy team members to serve as Sports & Aquatics Activities Coordinators for the season!

This is NOT a “stand around and watch” job. You’ll be:

• Leading pool games and fun aquatics activities

• Organizing sports tournaments, leagues, and themed competitions

• Hosting activities for kids, teens, and young adults

• Running scoreboards and hyping up friendly competition

• Helping with camps, special events, and daily programming

• Keeping activities safe, organized, and FUN

You’ll be on the mic, in the action, and at the center of the excitement.

Experience in sports, aquatics, camps, or youth programs is a plus — but we’ll train the right person with the right attitude!

• 35–45 hours per week

• Shifts typically 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM

• Evenings, weekends, and holiday availability required

• This is a seasonal summer position.

You’ll be outdoors, on the pool deck and sports courts, staying active and engaged. Expect sunshine, movement, teamwork, and lots of smiles.
