A coastal municipal authority is seeking lifeguards to perform beach and open water rescue duties. Candidates will conduct surveillance for potential hazards, execute rescues when necessary, and enforce beach ordinances. Successful applicants should have knowledge of first aid and lifesaving techniques, along with a high school diploma. This role requires physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors. Minimum pay is $20.50 per hour, and applicants must commit to two weeks of paid training beginning in May 2026.
