i9 Sports Site Manager
As the i9 Sports Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a superior sports experience and ensuring the seamless game‑day operations of our venue. We are seeking a high‑energy, organized, and solution‑oriented individual with a passion for sports management and a knack for working with adults and children. Customer service excellence is at the heart of our company, so candidates who have a proven track record of delighting customers will have a competitive advantage.
Responsibilities- Execute the setup and breakdown of the venue for game day events, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
- Supervise and manage a team of part‑time staff members and volunteer coaches, fostering a positive and collaborative work atmosphere.
- Oversee the smooth operation of the venue and ensure that programs run according to schedule.
- Demonstrate and promote core concepts, including values of sportsmanship, fairness, and respect for all participants.
- Organize game day equipment and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the venue to provide a pleasant experience for participants and spectators.
- Consistently maintain a positive attitude and exhibit superior customer service skills to enhance the overall i9 Sports Experience.
- Available to work each Sunday from March 15 – May 3 (no games on Sunday 4/5 – Easter).
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills to efficiently coordinate game day activities and manage staff effectively.
- Demonstrate self‑motivation and the ability to work independently, making proactive decisions and resolving challenges as they arise. The ability to identify a problem and take practical steps to solve.
- Display a keen awareness of surroundings and the capacity to take charge of any situation to prioritize player safety and well‑being.
- Exhibit a positive attitude and possess strong relationship‑building abilities to create a professional and encouraging environment for all stakeholders.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some evenings, throughout the full duration of the season (approximately 7 weeks).
- Successfully pass a comprehensive National Criminal Background Check to ensure the safety and security of our participants.
