School Bus Driver

TCS Student Transportation seeks professional and compassionate Part Time/Substitute School Bus Drivers to join our team!

Make a difference in people's lives within your community. We provide safe, timely, courteous, and affordable assisted transportation. We do not require any professional driving experience and will train you to start a new, stable, and successful career.

• 22.00 an Hour

• Applicants must hold a valid CDL with Passenger and School bus endorsements.
• Applicants should have a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check, DOT physical, and drug screen.
• Ability to maintain outstanding attendance.
• Must be able to communicate professionally with staff, students, and parents with priority placed on customer service.

• Perform required pre-and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain safe driving practices, prioritizing defensive driving and student safety.
• Complete student attendance daily.
• Keep company equipment clean and free of damage.
• Work with the routing team and provide feedback on assigned routes including accurate pickup/drop off times, route path, and stop locations.
• Professional interactions and conflict resolutions with students and parents

• A. Must successfully pass drug and criminal background screen, and DOT Physical.
