Millis Transfer is hiring Regional CDL‑A Drivers in Indian Trail, South Carolina. The role involves long‑haul and regional routes with a focus on on‑time deliveries and high safety standards.

• Deliver freight on schedule, meeting all time‑demanded delivery requirements.
• Maintain accurate logs and ensure compliance with transportation regulations.
• Keep the truck in safe, clean condition and report any maintenance needs.
• Work with the company to optimize routes and mileage to maximize earnings.

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
• Minimum 6 months of OTR experience.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Good driving record for the last 5 years.
• Pass a background check.

• Competitive base pay: $83,000+ annually for top 25% of drivers.
• Weekly pay and home‑weekly guarantee.
• Up to $0.65 per mile and additional mileage bonuses.
• Detention pay after 90 minutes of on‑time deliveries.
• Orientation pay and annual pay raises.
• 401(k) with company match up to 50% on first 4% contribution.

• Paid vacation up to 3 weeks based on longevity.
• Layover pay $125 per block.
