• Must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Provide access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Possess navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area, including navigating multi‑story buildings.
• Be able to drive safely under varying weather conditions and during late hours.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Orientation and on‑the‑job training will be provided.

• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

• Perform basic math accurately and quickly; use a calculator if needed.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Demonstrate motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product and performing outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F or higher in some work areas.
• Exposure to fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500°F.
• Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Talking and hearing on telephone.
• Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
• Depth perception.
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.

Standing: Most tasks are performed from a standing position.

Walking: For short distances and short durations on surfaces such as ceramic tile or linoleum. Work surfaces are between 36" and 48".

Sitting: Paperwork is normally completed at a desk or table.

Lifting: Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by hand truck. Deliveries may include cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.

Carrying: Large cans, pizza sauce, and trays of dough are frequently carried. Trays may weigh approximately 12 pounds each.

Pushing / Pulling: Trays on dollies require up to 7.5 pounds of force to push or pull.

Climbing: Infrequently navigate stairs or ladders during maintenance.

Forward Bending: Necessary at the pizza assembly station, front counter, and when stocking ingredients.

Crouching / Squatting: Occasional when stocking shelves or cleaning low areas.

Reaching: Continuously up, down, and forward, sometimes above 72".

Hand Tasks: Requires eye‑hand coordination; using hands continuously for shaping dough, manipulating pizza peel, cutting, and packing boxes.

Machines, Tools, Equipment: Use of pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and peel.

• Deliver product by car and to the door of the customer.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.

• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle usable for delivery.

• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area, including adverse terrain and multi‑story buildings.
• Ability to carry product while navigating flights of stairs, walking, and climbing.

• Carrying:
  Carry pizzas and beverages while walking, climbing, and driving.
• Driving:
  Deliver pizzas within the delivery area, potentially multiple deliveries per shift.
• Walking:
  Travel between store, vehicle, and customer locations.
• Climbing:
  Navigation of five or more flights of stairs during delivery.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product, driving, and couponing.
