Join our team as a Customs Agent / Customs Process Administrator (m/f/d)!
Your responsibilities:
- Responsible for the preparation and timely submission of all customs documents related to import, export, and transit.
- Ensuring the correct and timely recording of all relevant data in the appropriate systems.
- Continuously updating and applying current knowledge of customs regulations, particularly the Union Customs Code (UCC).
- Targeted work to achieve agreed KPIs and support in solving operational challenges.
- Close cooperation with international suppliers, freight forwarders, logistics companies, and authorities to ensure smooth customs clearance processes.
- Review of customs tariffs, customs values, and proof of origin, as well as comprehensive advice to customers on all matters related to customs regulations and provisions.
- Support in resolving complex customs issues while ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
- Determination of the correct customs tariff codes and calculation of customs and tax charges.
- Maintenance of data in customs systems and preparation of reports to monitor and optimize customs clearance.

- Motivation to work in the customs business and the logistics industry.
- Experience with customs entries (ATLAS) is an advantage, as well as relevant certifications.
- Very good German and English skills for successful communication in the team, with customs, and international partners.
- A proactive team spirit that organizes workflows, increases efficiency, and always strives for "process excellence."
- Knowledge of MS Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel) and a quick ability to adapt to new software solutions.
- The ability to work with security standards and always observe the applicable regulations.
- A growth-oriented mindset and the willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new challenges.
