CDL A Drivers

Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Driver and take charge of transporting materials safely and efficiently across various job sites. We are expanding our fleet and seeking a reliable, experienced CDL‑A driver to join our operation. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with consistent work, fast weekly pay, and all major operating expenses covered.

Duties

• Safely operate a range of commercial trucks with manual transmissions, including front loader, rear loader, roll-off, dump truck, flatbed, and tractor-trailer vehicles.
• Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment and techniques, ensuring secure transportation.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety and mechanical condition before each journey.
• Transport goods to designated locations while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Assist with heavy lifting tasks when necessary to load or unload cargo efficiently.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, vehicle inspection reports, and other documentation required for compliance.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and site personnel to coordinate deliveries and pickups promptly.

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid CDL license.
• Mechanical knowledge of trucks and related equipment for troubleshooting minor issues.
• Hands-on experience operating front loader, rear loader, roll-off trucks, dump trucks, flatbeds, and tractor-trailers.
• Strong driving skills with a focus on safety and adherence to regulations.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely during loading/unloading operations.
• Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles and their operation.

Minimum Requirements

• 1-2 years CDL‑A experience
• Clean MVR
• Clean PSP
• No SAP history
• No California CDL
• Must pass:
• Background check
• Drug test (final step)
