Vehicle Operations Logistics Specialist.
Compensation: $15.10–$22.69 hourly.

- Input accurate vehicle information into the AS400 handheld device using the Secure Check‑in App.
- Record VIN, stock number, dealer , make, model, year, mileage, color, and options.
- Affix barcode/stock number stickers and place work order numbers and routing labels on vehicles upon entry.
- Flag “no key” cars and direct transporters to the proper car drop zone.
- Report transport damage as needed.
- Provide proper sale identification windshield code to the person driving the vehicle through the registration/check‑in area.
- Demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling related behaviors.
- Work in cooperation with safety leadership to support all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
- Assist on sale days by driving vehicles through auction sales lanes as assigned.
- Perform other duties as directed by manager or supervisor.
- May be required to work overtime (over 40 hours) as business needs dictate.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record; ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmissions.
- Basic computer skills.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, talk, and hear regularly; frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat, and climb.
- Ability to lift 1–15 pounds.
- Vision sufficient for close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Preferred: 1–3 years of auction and/or vehicle registration experience.
Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
Moderate noise level.
Drug test required. The position does not include marijuana testing; however, the workplace is drug‑free.
