Class A Driver

Role Summary

We are seeking motivated Class A Drivers to join our Mt Olive, NC operations. • Compensation is structured at $60 per completed load.
• Safely manage Class A equipment to ensure timely transport of freight to assigned destinations.
• Perform thorough vehicle evaluations before and after trips to uphold safety standards.
• Keep precise records of fuel consumption, total mileage, and hours spent on the road.
• Follow all relevant traffic regulations and internal safety protocols while operating vehicles.
• Coordinate with dispatch and colleagues to ensure smooth delivery flows and resolve logistical challenges.
• Support the team by helping with the loading and unloading of freight.
• Ensure a positive experience for our clients by delivering professional service at every stop.

• Possession of a current Class A CDL and a verified safe driving history.
• At least 24 months of professional experience operating Class A trucks.
• Comprehensive understanding of safety protocols and DOT compliance requirements.
• Proven capability to handle tasks autonomously and organize your schedule efficiently.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Physical capacity to handle heavy lifting and manual labor tasks as required.
• Successful completion of required drug testing and background verification processes.
