We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Parts Associate / Parts Delivery Driver to support daily warehouse operations and deliver parts and materials to dealers and service locations as needed. This position is responsible for pulling and staging inventory, loading and unloading materials, maintaining accurate paperwork, and safely operating company vehicles and trailers. The ideal candidate works well independently and as part of a team, maintains strong attention to detail, and understands the importance of organization and customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Pull service parts and materials from inventory accurately and efficiently
- Stage materials in an organized manner prior to loading and shipment
- Load and unload materials, parts, and shipping items safely
- Deliver parts and materials to dealers and service locations as needed
- Operate company pickup trucks and flatbed trucks while towing enclosed cargo trailers
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory within the service cage and warehouse areas
- Prepare shipping materials by pulling, boxing, labeling, and staging orders
- Process and organize parts requests, delivery paperwork, and shipping documentation accurately
- Assist with filing and maintaining paperwork in the service office
- Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of company vehicles
- Support overall plant and warehouse cleanliness when primary duties are completed
- Follow company safety procedures and directions from supervisors
- Work collaboratively with team members while also handling responsibilities independently
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely drive a pickup truck or flatbed truck while towing a 15’ enclosed cargo trailer
- Basic understanding of residential construction materials and related parts
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to read and process parts requests and paperwork accurately
- Dependable work ethic and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Forklift certification preferred; candidates who are not currently forklift certified must successfully complete company forklift training and pass certification testing upon hire
- Ability to lift, pull, move, and load materials throughout the production and warehouse facility
- Physically capable of manual inventory handling and frequent movement throughout the workday
- Ability to stand, bend, walk, and lift for extended periods
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, delivery, or construction material handling experience preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus
