Duties and Responsibilities- Possess and display Coastal Beverage Company’s Core Values at all times:

- Possess education equivalent to a high school diploma.
- Possess the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.
- Possess the ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Possess basic mathematical skills including the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, use whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Possess the ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.
- Possess ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Possess computer skills requiring knowledge of e‑mail software, route accounting system, and Internet.
- Possess the ability to maintain regular and punctual in‑person attendance to regularly support delivery operations and service customer accounts.
- Possess ability to obtain and maintain an active beer and wine sales license.
- Possess ability to drive, valid driver’s license, and a driving record compliant with company standards.

Employees must regularly/constantly handle/grip, hear, see. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception, eye‑hand coordination, acuity, and ability to adjust focus.
Frequently (34-66% of workday):
Employees must frequently sit, stand, walk, climb, lift kegs up to 160 pounds and cases up to 46 pounds, push and pull exerting forces up to 65 pounds (hand truck), and talk.
