Freight Conductor / Locomotive Engineer for Candor & Oakboro, North Carolina

As a Freight Conductor, you'll be responsible for safely moving freight, serving customers across central North Carolina, and working as part of a professional three man crew. You'll learn every aspect of railroad operations while preparing for the opportunity to become a Locomotive Engineer.

Preferred backgrounds include:
- Prior railroad experience or FRA certifications
- Military service
- Construction or heavy equipment operation
- Any trade or labor-intensive job requiring attention to safety and teamwork
No railroad experience? No problem. We are ready to train the right individuals who bring the right mindset.
