Perdue Farms - - Responsibilities:
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and trailer and complete DOT inspection forms;
Drive to and from farms, completing 1 to 4 trips day and night with driving ranges of 30 minutes to 4 hours without a stop;
Cover the load during winter and assist with load covering when temperature is below 30 degrees;
Cross scale with tractor and trailer before trips and refuel before scaling the full load;
Secure empty modulars before leaving the plant and ensure full modulars are secured before returning
