Perdue Farms - - Responsibilities:
Make pre-trip and post-trip inspections of truck and trailer and fill DOT inspection forms at end of each trip;
Drive to farms and back, completing 1 to 4 trips day and night with a driving range of 30 minutes to 4 hours without a stop;
Cover loads during winter and assist with loading when temperature is below 30 degrees;
Cross scale with tractor and trailer before going to farms and after returning fill trucks with fuel;
Secure empty modulars before leaving plant and ensure full modulars are secured before returning
