Boyd Bros. is seeking experienced OTR drivers. Top drivers earn up to $90,000 per year with a $1,200 weekly minimum at 1,800+ miles, and most drivers cash $1,400–$2,200 weekly. A $1,500 signing bonus and $1,100 orientation completion pay are offered.
Home time is every weekend, with 40% drop & hook and many loads not requiring tarping. 12 months of verifiable OTR experience required. Orientation includes two weeks in Birmingham, with onboarding pay during that period.
