You must be 18 years of age, have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards, and have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery. You should possess navigation skills to read a map, locate addresses within our delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings.

General job duties for all store team members include:

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Training – Orientation and training provided on the job.

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

• Perform basic calculations quickly and accurately.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Use verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Maintain motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for precise movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Exposure to varying climate conditions when delivering and performing outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler areas to above 90°F. Sudden changes in temperature, fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts can occur.

Telling voices on the telephone; near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks; depth perception; ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Must direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze data, and make judgments and decisions.

Standing, walking short distances, and performing paperwork at a desk or table. Bulk product deliveries are unloaded by hand truck. Cases of ingredients and supplies can weigh up to 50 pounds. Large cans and pizza dough trays are carried or pushed, sometimes up to a 7.5‑pound force on dollies. Climbing stairs or ladders may be required; performing tasks that involve forward bending, crouching/squatting, and reaching above 72″.

Eye‑hand coordination and frequent use of hands are essential.

• Deliver product by car to customer door.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.

• Navigation skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

• Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing.
• Deliver multiple pizzas per shift.
• Travel between store, delivery vehicle, and customer locations.
• Navigate five or more flights of stairs.

Exposure to varying weather conditions when delivering product, driving, and couponing.
