Job Description

• Collect cash/credit card payments and coupons for delivered items.
• Read maps and determine directions quickly.
• Check all products for accuracy against quality standards for delivery and carry‑out customers, ensuring safe and timely service.
• Ensure vehicle used for delivery passes inspection, both mechanically and visually.
• Uphold Domino’s standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance.
• Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions.
• Receive cross‑training for preparing products and ingredients, closing and opening procedures, operate pizza oven, and properly box products for delivery or carry‑out.
• Exhibit a sense of urgency when answering store phone lines or helping carry‑out customers.
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers over the phone and in person.
• Speak and write clearly; competence in using a computer‑based order entry system.
• Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.

• Deliver product, flyers, and door hangers via a personal vehicle.
• Have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Proof of liability insurance for yourself and vehicle.
• Navigate maps and locate addresses for delivery.
