Warehouse Associate I

Job Overview
The role of the Warehouse Associate I is responsible for providing the highest level of quality and service to our customers. Responsibilities include accurate and timely receiving of inventory, product movement, cycle counting and shipping orders. The associate will operate lift trucks and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Accurate and timely receiving of inventory.
  • Product movement, cycle counting, and shipping orders.
  • Operate lift trucks and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Follow all safety, company and 6S standards.
  • Report equipment and infrastructure damage.
  • Perform assigned warehouse tasks using standard work and policies.
  • Follow visual aids to maximize safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Contribute process suggestions and continuous improvement events.
  • Perform miscellaneous activities as directed by manager to support operations.
Qualifications
  • Ability to perform work a maximum of nine hours per day.
  • Willingness to embrace Hubbell Values and Behaviors.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results and participating in projects.
  • Knowledge of appropriate handling, safety, and warehouse standards.
  • Ability to handle regular job problems using basic problem-solving skills.
  • Physical requirements are generalities; may occasionally exceed levels.
