Job Overview
OverviewThe role of the Warehouse Associate I is responsible for providing the highest level of quality and service to our customers. Responsibilities include accurate and timely receiving of inventory, product movement, cycle counting and shipping orders accurately in a timely manner and in a salable condition. While performing duties, the Warehouse Associate I will be responsible for operating lift trucks and warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

- Follow all safety, company, and 6S standards in the distribution center to ensure a clean and safe working environment and the safety and security of all employees.
- Operate warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner to ensure minimal accidents.
- Report company equipment and infrastructure damage to ensure repairs occur to minimize safety risk.
- Perform assigned warehouse tasks utilizing standard work and policies to ensure the highest levels of safety and quality.
- Follow all visual aids within the distribution center to maximize safety, quality, and productivity.
- Contribute process suggestions to continuously improve warehouse operations.
- Identify deviations in the process and immediately notify the supervisor to correct issues.
- Fully contribute to continuous improvement events to improve operations.
- Perform miscellaneous activities as directed by your manager to efficiently support the warehouse operation.
