• Demonstrate commitment to safety first; communicate safety concerns and promote a safe work environment.
• Operate a wide variety of equipment (stand‑up reach truck, sit‑down forklift, scissor lift) to move boxes, stock materials and manage shipments.
• Perform shipping duties, working in FEDEX Ship Manager, UPS World Ship and LTL Select to process orders and ship.
• Maintain shipping and ensure accurate entry in the inventory system (posting shipments and inventory movement in Microsoft NAV).
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, secure and safe at all times and adheres to the 5’S housekeeping standards.
• Assist with physical inventory and other inventory processes as requested.
• Participate in team training as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Can work independently and with a team, interacting across all levels of the organization to achieve goals.
• Basic computer skills; previous experience with inventory systems.
• Microsoft NAV preferred;
  Microsoft Office applications required.
• Ability to learn and retain all shipping requirements for customers and use all resources provided to ensure shipments are processed accurately.
• Stand‑up reach truck, sit‑down forklift, scissor lift certification required.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office applications.
• Warehouse Management Systems (Microsoft NAV).

• Push, pull, or lift 50‑100 pounds.
• Operate stand‑up reach truck, sit‑down forklift and scissor lift.
• Must be able to walk, stand and sit for long periods; climbing stairs required.

The pay range for this role is: 17 – 18 USD per hour (Swannanoa)
