Order Picker

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking an Order Picker to join their team. As an Order Picker, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting efficient order fulfillment and delivery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Order Picker

Location: Arden, NC

Pay Range: $17.83

Shift: 1st Shift - Mon - Fri 7 am - 3:30 pm (OT - 6 am - 3:30 pm);
Saturday 8-hour shift with potential for bonus;
Sunday bonus possibility for working an 8-hour shift

What's the Job?

• Select and handle materials within the warehouse using appropriate equipment
• Build customer orders accurately and efficiently for shipment
• Load and unload freight in a timely manner
• Transport orders to shipping areas and prepare them for dispatch
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to operate forklifts, stock pickers, reach trucks, and pallet jacks safely
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. from floor to waist and waist to floor
• Steel toe shoes and PPEs for the duration of the shift
• Understanding of safety standards and warehouse procedures
