Job Overview
The role of the Warehouse Associate I is responsible for providing the highest level of quality and service to our customers. Responsibilities include accurate and timely receiving of inventory, product movement, cycle counting, and shipping orders in a timely manner and in a salable condition. While performing duties, the Warehouse Associate I will operate lift trucks and warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
ADay In The Life
- Follow all safety, company, and 6S standards in the distribution center to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Operate warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner to ensure little to no accidents.
- Perform assigned warehouse tasks utilizing standard work and policies to ensure the highest levels of safety and quality.
- Perform miscellaneous activities as directed by your manager to efficiently support the warehouse operation.
- Ability to work for a maximum of nine hours per day.
- Willingness to embrace Hubbell Values and Behaviors.
- Knowledge of appropriate handling, safety, and warehouse standards.
- Ability to handle regular job problems using basic problem‑solving skills.
