Warehouse Lead

Work Hours:

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday

• Play a key role in the success of our operation by leading, training, and supporting a team to meet daily production goals
• Perform shipping, receiving, stocking, picking, and packing activities
• Review, verify, and process customer orders accurately
• Replenish materials and maintain inventory organization
• Promote a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
• Operate within an automated warehouse management system (WMS)
• Adapt to changing priorities and daily workflow needs

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse or material‑handling experience preferred
• Forklift experience or willingness to be trained and certified
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
• Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership skills
• A sense of urgency and commitment to meeting deadlines
• Flexibility to take on various tasks as needed
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
