Key Accountabilities:
- Performs inventory adjustments, batch code corrections, and cycle count corrections
- Releases products from quality hold, and responds to internal customer e-mails relating to inventory issues
- Trains employees in inventory processes and provides inventory assistance to operations employees
- Responsible for escalating any issues that arise during the shift, if necessary
- Ensures that employees are working safely, and following all work rules
- Ensures that inventory issues are being addressed by the department and that these issues are communicated to the Inventory Control Manager
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/ Education/Experience/
Skills:
- High school diploma or general equivalency degree required.
- One year of related experience is required. Previous lead or supervisory experience is highly desired.
- Experience in a role managing multiple priorities is highly desirable
- Experience with warehouse management systems is required. Candidates must have strong computer skills
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
Physical Demands:
You will be constantly standing, walking, riding, carrying, twisting, bending, balancing, seeing, hearing, and handling paperwork. You will regularly be lifting objects weighing from less than 20 lbs. to 60 lbs.
