Warehouse Supervisor - 2nd Shift

CompensationPay range: $61,547 - $105,509 annually.
Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain department staff performance through training, measuring, monitoring, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
- Ensure good condition of facility and equipment through regular audits and the implementation of preventative maintenance protocols and 6S’s.
- Respond timely and professionally to internal customer complaints and inquiries.
- Conduct short- and mid-term capacity planning to balance labor and equipment resources with demand.
- Monitor department workflow indicators and respond to exceptions in picking, receiving, put-away, and material transfers.
- Troubleshoot complex inventory and departmental errors, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Guide and manage the process of material flow within the facility to internal customers.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure efficient workflow and positive working relationships among teams.
- Conduct training for employees on safety, quality, business processes, and HR policies.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous development within the team.
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Experience in areas such as engineering, logistics, supply chain management, or related manufacturing functions.
- Experience with warehouse management systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience operating and maintaining a variety of warehouse material handling equipment.
- Experience with warehouse scanning equipment and applications.
- Experience with SAP WM module.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CPIM, CSCP).
- Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
